ED'S EPIC WALK FOR LPT!

8-year-old Eddie walks over 100 miles for The Little Princess Trust

At the age of 5, Eddie Muller decided that he wanted to grow and then cut his hair for The Little Princess Trust.

3 years later, he had long enough hair to donate. But when he heard that it cost the charity around £550 to produce each real-hair wig, Eddie wanted to raise more money to help the Trust help as many children and young people as he possibly could!

Each wig costs the charity around £550 to make and fit, so to raise additional funds for the Little Princess Trust Ed took on the challenge of walking with his family from his front door in Greenhithe, Kent to his Grandparents' front door in East Wittering, West Sussex...

Crossing three counties and covering a total of 102.6 miles!

So, with the support of his amazing family, Eddie, his brother, his mum and his dad walked a whopping 102.6 miles from his home in Greenhithe, North Kent, to his Granny and Gramps' house in East Wittering, West Sussex!

The family raised a phenomenal £2768.01 - enough to fund a further 4 wigs and help towards funding life-saving research into childhood cancers.

We have been absolutely blown away by Eddie's achievement and the dedication that he has shown to helping children and young people experiencing the devastating effects of hair loss as a result of cancer treatment or other conditions. We also think that Eddie's family are totally awesome for supporting him on his epic walk!
